From phone number to first drop in an afternoon
No new number, no plugins, no spreadsheets. You link a number you already control, point DropManager at the right groups, and open a drop — the bot handles the chat from there.
How it works

Link your own number by QR
Scan a QR code from WhatsApp's Linked Devices — exactly like WhatsApp Web. It's a number you own and control; no throwaway registrations, no handing over your account. A built-in test message proves the link works.

Pick the groups to monitor
DropManager discovers the WhatsApp groups your number is in automatically. Toggle exactly which ones to include — only those are ever read. Group members are synced into your customer list as they appear.

Build your catalogue
Products are reusable: name, vintage, price. Add them once, attach them to any drop later, archive what you're not selling.

Create the drop
Pick products, give each a short marking (A, B, 1, 2…) — the label buyers type in chat — set stock and optional min/max per buyer.

Open it
An opening message is drafted from the drop's products, stock counts included. Edit it, hold it in the review queue, or post it straight to the group. From that moment, every reply is parsed as a potential order.

Bring your own number

Markings buyers actually use
"2A", "nog 3 b", "doe maar twee van de barolo" — the AI matches natural language to products by their marking, in Dutch, English, French or German.
Review queue from day one
Not sure yet? Flip the group to queue mode and every automated post waits for your approval before it reaches the chat.
Reopen, restock, repeat
Drops are manual and forgiving: close when you want, reopen if needed, add stock mid-drop — buyers get notified automatically.
